To support the rapid growth expansion within our business units: GIANT, HERO, GUARDIAN, and STARMART with a total population of more than 10,000 employees, we are looking for a potential candidate to fill up the following position:

Store General Manager


Responsibilities:

• Objectives: To manage, coordinate and control the entire operations of Hypermarket that runs according to Standard Operating Policies and Procedures (SOPP) and the approved target and budget to achieve profit target and Company’s goal to build Hypermarket as a convenient place to shop.

Requirements:

• Hold Bachelor Degree (S1)
• At least four (4) years experiences as Division Manager GMS, Grocery & Fresh
• Good sense of entrepreneurial skill, negotiation skill and able to communicate with different levels of people
• Computer literate
• Proficient in English (verbal & written) is a must
• Having Strong leadership
• Retail experience is a must
