Plant Operation Manager (Factory Manager)




Requirements:

• Hold Bachelor degree graduates majoring in Engineering (preferably in Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical) with min GPA 3.50 or 3.00 with record of academic achievement and/or organizational experience
• Male, age between 27 - 35 years old
• Having experience min 5 years in plastic factory with last position min as Technique or Production Manager
• Having experience in thermoforming machine and cup printing
• Strong leadership, good management and excellent in analytical thinking
• Excellent in interpersonal and communication skill
• Computer literate (Word, Excel and Power Point) is a must
• Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
