Pension Client Service Manager
(Banten - Lippo Karawaci)

Responsibilities:
• Assist in the development and implement the strategic direction for the Pension segment in response to current and future client need.
• Capitalize on opportunities to increase revenue flows by targeting up sell, cross sell, retention and development of business relationships.
• Maintain market share and ensure optimal profitability.
• Monitor, analyze and interpret on a continuous basis performance versus business plan.
• Leverage and share best practices of the function, including client service tools and techniques.
• Continuously identify opportunities to enhance value proposition for clients.

Requirements:
• University or post-graduate degree in any major.
• Min. 5 years working experience in Pension or Compensation area. Preferably form financial or banking industry.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and networking abilities with clients, industry associations and business leaders.
• Advanced knowledge of Pensions and the Indonesian Market.
• Ability to lead initiatives, manage cross-functional relationships and provide coaching and mentoring.
• Strategic approach to business and solid negotiation and presentation skills.
