IT Support

Position Summary
• Provide continuous support and maintenance for existing IT infrastructure
• Introduce new features, systems and projects over time

Principal Accountabilities

• Document Management, File server Shared Folders:
• Backup
• Network, Maintain a network layout and structure
• Systems, Client workstations
• Manage and maintain Configurations according to system plan
• Domain controller administration
• External Devices
• Network Enhancement: Firewall and Web Content Filter
• Document Management
• Local backup
• Time Attendance
• IP Telephony Enhancement:
• Collaboration

Minimum Requirements

Hardware Upgrade PCs, trouble shooting.
OS Windows Server Edition: Windows Domain Controller, GPO.
OS Unix (Ubuntu, RedHat). Simple administration: bash, init.d, cron jobs.
Networking TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, firewall (iptables), apache httpd.

IP-PBX (Asterisk). Setup trunks, dial plans, routes, IVR, SIP.
PHP, MySQL Basic knowledge.
At least 2 years related working experience.
Fluency in English.
