Recruitment & Training Supervisor
The role of this position is to:
• Performs recruitment & selection process, shortlisted candidate and co-ordinate interview with user
• Design, schedule and implement training program
• Review existing training method and technique and their applications
The qualifications are:
• university graduate in Psychology from reputable University with minimum GPA 3.00
• Having 1 years experience in Recruitment & Training
• Good analytical and problem solving
• Excellent English (spoken & written) & Computer literate
• Willing to be placed in Sukabumi – West Java
