The Job:
- To ensure program library assets and commitments together with related costs are correctly and appropriately accounted for and substantiated
- To liaise with other relevant departments to resolve program library asset related matters/issues
- To ensure that all systems, processes and financial controls that fall within area of responsibility are operating effectively and efficiency
- To continuously initiate improvements to systems and processes for operational, financial and reporting functions
- 3-4 years experience in Asset /Finance environment
- Degree/Advance Diploma in Account/Finance discipline
- Articulate with good written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Proficient in Excel and Word
- Experienced user in SAP, especially the Project and Investment Management modules
- Demonstrate commitment to the delivery of high quality financial information, advice and results
- Mature, diligent and conscientious in meeting deadlines
- Ability to proactively reengineer existing processes and provide solutions to issues/concerns as well as strong influencing skills
- Aptitude for the development and implementation of new processes and systems
