QA Technicians

Responsibilities:

• To assist and support Engineers in preparation of First Article Inspection Report
• Provide immediate feedback to all manufacturing staff, quality & process on FA findings.
• Ensure that the failure analysis lab is capable to provide good failure analysis results to ensure corrective action is taken.
• Raise CPA for chronic non-conformances during sampling checks.
• Assist in low yield, in house material scrap, NPI runs for failure analysis feedback

Requirements:

• Diploma/Certificate in related engineering background with at least a year of working experience in the manufacturing environment.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Ability to work with different levels of organization.
• Self started, good experience in failure analysis and ability to work with minimum supervision
• Knowledge and hands-on experience on reliability equipment.
• Familiar with ISO 9001 Quality System / ISO 14000 EMS.
• Computer literate and proficient in 2D profile projector
