• Male/ Female, age max. 35 years old.
• Min. Bachelor degree form Communication / Public Relations
• Min 4 years experience in related field
• Thorough knowledge and practice about Public Relations
• Must be able to set division working programs.
• Excellent English (Both Oral & Written)
• Good networking with media, government and NGO
