RECRUITMENT MANAGER

Requirements :

• Young and energetic with ambition to develop company interest and image on Recruitment function
• Minimum 3 years of working experiences as a Recruitment Manager in coordinating all recruitment efforts.
• Good understanding with assessment methods such as psychological tests, In Tray, Focus Group Discussion process is essential.
• Familiar with compentency based recruitment
• Strong leadership, and result oriented
• Good interpersonal skills and able to work effectively.
• Good team player who can collaborate with colleagues from different departments to achieve objectives.
• Good computer literate
• English proficiency both oral and written is a must.
