Senior Master Support Engineer - MSS

Accountabilities :

Support Engineer shall provide the contracted customer support services according to established processes like CSR Handling and Network Configuration Management. He/she will assign as CSR responsible for that an answer is given to the customer within the required time limit. These include the responsibilities as follows:

• Working with CSR assigned while using SCS according to global processes and procedures
• Maintain system configuration record for SW, Market Features and Network Configurations for assigned customer
• Giving guidance amongst Operation & Maintenance instructions
• Performing all activities necessary to ensure In service Performance objectives for the assigned customer are achieved, such as carry out 24 hrs x 7 days Emergency / On-Call service on a weekly, rotating basis in the area of technical competence

Requirements :

• Universities/Master degree in Electrical/Electrical Engineering Telecommunications, Computer Science or equivalent experience in a related discipline.
• Tertiary qualification in telecommunication or datacom
• Has extensive Ericsson product skills and experiences at senior level, preferably from technical support area (1st, 2nd, 3rd line support)
• Expert on troubleshooting in MGw and MSC server (3G core nodes)
• Very good on Core Network analysis and all call flows
• Having knowledge on multivendor standard, such as signalling, interworking, etc
• Good knowledge in project management
• Highly developed leadership skill
• Highly developed communication skill (oral and written presentation skill)
• At least 7 years experiences in technical support area with Telecommunication or similar industry
• Proficient in English both oral and written
