SERVICE OPERATIONS MANAGER

Responsibilities :

• Assist the Managing Director in managing the day-to-day operations of Service department.
• Lead the guide the Service team to optimize service delivery and maintain excellent customer satisfaction.
• Provide directions and plan for strategies to achieve desired service sales target.
• Track, report and provide service sales forecast.

Requirements :

• Possess a Bachelor Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• At least 4 years of working experience in managerial role in Service operations and managing service sales.
• Ability to understand and interpret financial statement will be an added advantage.
• Strong leadership skills, highly motivated and customer oriented with strong drive to achieve sales target.
• Preferably those with good knowledge in Precision Air Conditioning, UPS, AC/DC or data center environment.
