We are a foreign investment of total solutions company in wireless telecommunication infrastructure with world wide operation, seeking a qualified and experienced staff to fill in our vacant position due to the business expansion.

PROJECT MANGER / SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER ITC (Based in MEDAN)

The incumbent will manage the activities:

• To develop, implement and manage Telecomm Implementation project plan and monitor its performance and progress.
• To expand business opportunities through development of project and operational customer contacts
• To enhance Alan Dick Indonesia’s market image through positive corporate actions
• To manage and perform site integration and commissioning for wireless telecommunication equipment
• To manage and perform the development of transmission plan for MSC-MSC, MSC-BSC short to medium term
• To focus on time for project schedule and budget.
• To participate in the development and advancement of an operational quality management audit team and supporting procedures
• To maintain an empowered and challenging team culture that delivers outstanding performance

Requirements :

• Male max 40 years old
• S-1/S-2 majoring in Telecommunication Engineering from a reputable university
• Min 7 years experience in telecommunication industry and 3 years experience as a Project Manager
• Having good knowledge in telecommunication’s technical
• Having experience working with foreign company will be preferred
• Fluent in English is a must
• Strong personality, self motivation, honest, hard-working and able to work independently or in a team
• Willing to be based in Medan area
