Requirements:
• Female
• University Graduation
• Fluent in English
• Minimum 3 years experience in manage leasing
• Preferably Shopping Mall, or retail background or F&B Background
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
• Creative and motivated with initiative to improvise on the spot, able to work independently under minimal supervision
• Dynamic and energetic individual, sociable and able to interact and communicate with partners from all levels
• Highly motivated individual with excellent sales and negotiation skills
• Able to set and achieve sales targets through implementation of sales plan
• Able to irregular hours and weekends
• Attractive and good looking
