Training Supervisor

Requirements:

• Male/Female
• Degree in any discipline preferably form psychology or engineering.
• Min. 2 years of the same experiences as the same position,
• Have experience in Leadership Program.
• Willing to travel intensively

Management System Development Alignment Supervisor

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering. Master degree is an advantage.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Familiar with TQM, QC Circle, Six Sigma, Lean manufacture and change management.
• Willing to travel intensively.

Public Relation Specialist

Responsibilities:
• Plays key role in investigating new channels for promoting and communicating the company’s product/services. Initiative, develop and coordinates effective advertising and promotion programs utilizing all media to publicize a wide range of technical product/services.

Requirements:
• Degree / Master in Communication / Public Relation
• Min 3 years experience in the same position
• Having strong concept and practice about public relation
• Having experience to handle collateral company and media relation
• Good networking with media, government and NGO
• Good communication and presentation skill


Learning Supervisor

Responsibilities:
• Responsible trains and instructs all assigned personnel using prescribed methods and training aids to accomplish training objectives.
• Prepare assignment and materials.
• Develops the course, and aids in selection of guest speakers.
• Evaluate and interview participants involved in the training program.
• Makes Frequent field visits to evaluate effectiveness training courses effectiveness.
