Production Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• To supervise his/ her team of production supervisor meet objectives company through excellence planning, organizing, leading and motivating.
• Lead and supervise a group of production leaders and operators in quality & quantity target
• Plan, organized and coordinates the line to its optimum in terms of efficiency and productivity.
• Control on the materials issued and the material scrap.
• Inculcate 5S good housekeeping habits and maintain discipline on the production line.
• Check attendance, manpower distribution
• To adhere all related procedures/ activities QMS and EMS implementation.
• Check sufficient material supply to line.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
• Required skill(s): planning, organizing, leading and motivating.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Johor- PTP.

Senior / Staff / Process Development Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Experience as Process Development Engineer / Sr. Engineer / Staff Engineer
• Candidates with past process experience in any of the following areas of specialization: PCBA Rework & repair (both SMT & PTH), SMT, Reflow & Wave soldering process, Aqueous Washing process, Conformal coating process, Backplane assembly process
• Press fit connector assembly process and RoHS (Lead free) soldering process technology.
• The person will be responsible to work with both customers & our corporate Advance Technology Group in defining technology road maps for the various areas of process technology.
• This person will also be responsible to develop, qualify & deploy processes to support customer product requirements.

Requirements:

• Diploma, Degree or Masters in Electronics / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering / Material Science or its equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in the related field. Preferably in a PCBA or Semiconductor industry.
• Past experience in a similar EMS environment will be an added advantage.

• Sound knowledge in the area of statistical & DOE applications.

Central Planning Specialist


Responsibilities:

• Supporting the Central Planning Manager/Assistant Central Planning Manager in working with plant/project specific action plans to meet Load vs Commit,Inventory EOH and Inventory turns goals.
• Direct contact to Material Planning leads and work together in generating Inventory EOH & turns forecast.
• Responsible for customer related process that involves materials planning.
• Actively involve in Materials Planning process improvement in each plant.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Management or Economics.
• At least 2 years relevant experience in materials planning, inventory control and knowledge in MRP II systems preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Good communication and inter-personal relationship skills
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
