Scope of work:
The incumbent will be responsible to perform a result oriented on Transformational Sales customer based on yearly volume budget, cost and EBITDA margin.
Requirements:
1. Education: University degree from Civil Engineering / Architecture / Management.
2. Experiences: min. 5 years experience in Marketing, Sales or Managerial Level of similar concrete or cement industry, preferably 1-2 years in selling construction products.
3. Computer Literate: MS Office, Lotus Notes
4. Language: Good command of English, both oral & written
5. Other qualifications:
• Product knowledge and knowledge of construction industry and concrete technology.
• Ability to read and interpret specification of key account project.
• Ability to deal with people from all level of the business.
• Excellent selling and negotiation skills.
• Good presentation skill.
• Having certificate in quality management or minimum understand on the quality management.
• Good communication, personal & interpersonal skills.
