IT DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Requirement:
• Working experience : Senior Progammer (2 years), System Analyst (2 years), Project Manager (2 years), preferably in software house
• Have a good communication and analytical skill
• Have an excellent grasp of the software development process
• Experience in designing and developing web-based applilcation is a big plus
• Experience in leading a team of developers is required
• Able to build software documentation
• Minimum 28 years old
Job Description:
• Managing the IT development team and arranging the internal procedure
• Responsible in designing software architecture regarding customer's requirements as well as the scope work
• Responsible in documentation of design, implementation of methodologies to ensure high quality solution
• Responsible in monitoring work progress and project schedule
