MT - Sales Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• You will be prepared and trained as our future sales supervisor who is responsible as line leader in our branches to analyze potential market, plan sales activity program, and lead sales force team in achieving maximum performance.
• Our one year MT Program consists of leadership as well as marketing training, project assignment, and job simulation to equip and prepare you as professional leaders in sales and marketing.


• MT Flow Program :

1. 1 year Development Program
2. In class training : Basic Leadership Skill (Leadership, Problem Solving & Decision Making Training) Technical skill (Salesmanship, Effective Sales Management, Finance & HR)
3. On the job training in Head Office and branch
4. Project Assignment
5. Sales Supervisor Job Simulation

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree in any field.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Across Indoensia.
• Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
