Currently we are looking for qualified candidates for our Client, a Consulting Firm in Jakarta, for the position of:

Consultant - Human Resources

Requirements:

• Male/Female
• Maximum age 40 years old
• Graduate (S1/S2) – preferably from Human Resources
• Must have 5 years experience in HR field, preferably from Consultant industry with emphasis in Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, Career Path
• Must have good interaction and communication skills, enjoys challenges and offering solutions to others
• Has working knowledge of Industrial Relation, Training & Development, Recruitment & Selection
• Has good understanding and fluency in English
• Salary Range: negotiable commensurate with experience
