Requirements :
• S1 Architect education background
• Male with maximum 40 years old
• Previous working experience as area manager for at least 3 years
• Proven strong leadership and managing people
• Strong negotiation skill
• Willing to travel and to be placed at Lippo Karawaci
Project Area Supervisor (PAS)
Main Responsbilities :
You will assist the Area Manager in executing and controlling the time schedule, quantity and quality of store project new store, renovation and expansion. Starting by preparing for pre-tender, construction up to finishing.

Requirements :
• S1 - Architect / Design Interior
• Previous experience in interior design especially retail at least 2 years
• Strong in managing people
• Self starting, energy, Detail oriented & precise
• Good knowledge of signage and fixtures
• Willing to travel and to be placed at Lippo Karawaci
