Our client is a major foreign company that manufactures science-based health products and personal care products. These products are sold through multi level marketing (MLM) network. The client is currently seeking the following positions to be based in Malaysia.

Marketing Managers / Executives

Responsibilities:

Marketing Managers

• Oversee the production of sales tools and communications with distributors
• Develop and implement motivational product promotions
• Develop programs and practices for recognition of top distributors
• Work closely with Network Development on agenda for ‘Silver and Above’ meetings
• Work closely with Nutritionist on disseminating product information to distributors
• Coordinate and support sales functions and events throughout Malaysia
• Propose and produce marketing plans for introduction of new products

Marketing Executives

• Develop and design all marketing communication materials including posters, ecards, SMS campaigns, direct mailers, newsletters, magazines using Adobe, Illustrator software etc.
• Upgrading, updating materials of existing website, design and development of new web pages
• Assist in supporting PR event such as road shows, community relations, brand identity, seminars, training sessions and conventions
• To create presentation materials and documents for both internal and external use.
• Assist in executing product/ business promotions, joint promotions, loyalty programs
• Designing and overseeing production of all marketing communication materials/ collaterals.
• Web & Email Design, Graphic Design with Popular Graphic Software on PC


Requirements:Good command of English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia
Minimum 3 years of working experiences, preferably from MLM industry
Diploma and above, preferred degree holder.
Possess good analytical skills, proactive, flexible, positive thinking and friendly personality.
Must be IT Savvy and has high computer literacy.
Must be willing to work long hours if reuired.
