BRANCH OPERATIONAL MGR PEST CONTROL DIV MAKASSAR

Requirements :

1. Hold min. S-1 degree from any major but S-2 overseas is preferable
2. Min. 3 years of experience in managing business unit in Sulawesi area with proven track record
3. Target oriented, proactive, enthusiasm, high achievement motivation
4. Preferable living in Makasar Area
5. Good communication & negotiation skill
6. Good in English
7. Possess own car is a must

Responsibilities :

• Sells and promotes company’s services and products
• To explore business opportunity and achieve the sales target
• Motivate, coach, and lead the branch team (Sales, Service and Admin staffs)
• Implements sales plan effectively and efficiently
• Maintain good relations with internal and external clients / providers / other related parties (client visit, prompt respond for complain, internal/external meeting, etc)
