1. Coordinate and manage Sales Team in delivering sales target
2. Monitor and review sales performance periodically
3. Propose and implement marketing plan to achieve sales and marketing results and effectiveness
4. Build and maintain a strong relationship with new and existing modern dealers to create full customer satisfaction
5. Monitor and benchmark competitor products and activities
Job Requirements:
1. Male / Female, with maximum age of 25 years old
2. Minimum D-3 graduated from any related subject
3. At Least 2 years of relevant experience as Sales Supervisor in modern trade for electronic product
4. Computer literate and good command in English
5. Customer oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills
6. Highly creative, self motivated and strong-drive
7. Good analytical skill, hard worker and should be able to work under pressure to meet deadline or target
