The company is well-positioned to meet and exceed its’ customers needs for Bulk-Cargo Shipping and related services including shipyard management. Clients list comprises of both local and MNC’s engaged in coal mining companies. Our client owns and operates over 155 vessels comprises of tug-boats and barges that transport coal from various places in Kalimantan to other domestic as well as overseas destinations. The company employs over 400 people and has been in operation since 1990.

Human Resource Manager
Requirements:
• Male
• Hold S1 from any discipline but preferable from Law
• Minimum 5 (years) years experience managing human resource in established company in shipping business is an added value
• Age minimum 35 years old
• Mature, self starter, strong leadership, having good communication & team work
• Having ISO 9000: 2001 certificate is highly appreciated
Marketing Manager of Shiping Company Based in Jakarta
Responsibilities:
Reporting to Managing Director, the Marketing Manager will have the responsibility for the formulation and achievement of the company’s short and long term business objectives, increased profit and expanded market share by formulating and implementing the right marketing strategy.
• Manage the marketing department and provide leadership and clear direction based on the company’s agreed vision and mission.
• Increase our sales and marketing penetration for key customers & at the same time builds long term customer relationships.
• Lead and motivate subordinates and team members.
Requirements:
• Indonesian, Male 30+ years, Bachelor Degree (S1) from reputable university.
• Currently is holding Marketing Manager ’s position minimum 5 (five) years, preferable in the shipping companies.
• Fluency in English & Bahasa Indonesia, both oral and written.
