Requirements:

1. Female, with a good and friendly personality.
2. Min. Bachelor's Degree (S1) from reputable university, majored in Psychology.
3. Should have min. 5 (five) years working experience in handling young people / university students.
4. Advanced level of English (both oral / presentation and written).
5. Should have strong leadership, motivational, analytical and logical skills.
6. Able to work in a team and high-pressure environment.
