Business Process Staff
Major Job & Responsibility:
• To define and maintain SOP's, template, guidelines/forms, tools and other company standard artifacts,
• To involve in any project development in order to ensure new processes are effectively implemented,
• To Prepare business process as necessary required for new project development initiative and ad-hoc project,
Qualifications:
• Tertiary qualification in Engineering/Management
• Familiar with end to end business process in a service company
• In-depth industry knowledge, ideally with telecommunication industry background
• At least 2 (two) years experience in the field of business process improvement
• Experience as Document Controller would be an advantage
• Proactive, adaptive, mature, self starter and smart worker
• Good analytical and logical skill
• Maximum age: 27 years old
Business Process Supervisor
Major Job & Responsibility:
• To define and maintain SOP's, template, guidelines/forms, tools and other company standard artifacts,
• To involve in any project development in order to ensure new processes are effectively implemented,
• To Prepare business process as necessary required for new project development initiative and ad-hoc project,
• To assist team leader to facilitate, coordinate and formulate inter departmental process by aligning and agreeing all process together with respective SLA (service level agreement) among departments across the organization,
Qualifications:
• Tertiary qualification in Engineering/Management
• At least 4 (four) years experience in the field of business process improvement
• Familiar with end to end business process in a service company
• Familiar with CMM concept
• In-depth industry knowledge, ideally with telecommunication industry background
• Experience in ISO implementation (or as lead auditor for ISO) would be an advantage
• Proactive, adaptive, mature, self starter and smart worker
• Good analytical and logical skill
• Maximum age: 30 years old
