Country Sales Representative
(Indonesia)

Responsibilities:

• Develop dealers business through building their sales capability and competency
• Build and maintain good relationship/rapport with dealers and sales team
• Take ownership of all sales activation, sales revenue and distribution targets.
• Execute territory management plan, identify potential dealers, direct selling and effective coverage to achieve sales strategy and sales target.
• Develop marketing activities, plan & program to support the Company's product and brand awareness

Requirements:

• Diploma or “A” level
• Well-groomed, pleasant personality & passion in meeting people
• Min. 2 years experience in Sales & Marketing with proven track record
• Excellent communications & interpersonal skills
• Possess keen business acumen, result-driven, resourceful and independent
• Aggressive & Strong selling and negotiation techniques
• Must be street wise and able to think on the feet
• Experience with builders, developers, architects, interior designers and familiar with hospitality industries
• Bilingual in English & local langauage
• 35 years old and below are preferred
