System Analyst
Essentials Requirements :
• A college degree in Computer Science or Mathematics with at least two year of experience in business and sytem analyst
• Have good communication skill and pleasant personality
• Strong logical analysis skills with systems design background and skill in programing
• Have good understanding in J2EE Technology , familiar with EJB 2.1, Struts Framework, Hibernate, and JBoss
• Preferably knowledge of SQL programming tools
• Good analytical and conceptual skills,good interviewing skills (for data gathering/business requirements preparation)
• Possesses god oral and written communication skills as well as good interpersonal skills, must be very client oriented
• Experience on CRM, ERP is preferable
