PROMOTION SUPERVISOR
(MANADO, BANJARMASIN, PALEMBANG, BATAM, PADANG, PEKANBARU, PONTIANAK)


Major Job & Responsibility:

• Managing the BTL promotion tools.
• Conduct regular meeting / discussion (weekly & monthly) that involves Sales Team & Sales Promotion Team, Merchandiser Team, Distributor Team, etc.
• Monitoring competitor activities and make necessary report to manager
• Monitoring weekly and monthly report of all cost related to program and Sales Promotion coverage / distribution
• Produce evaluation and analysis for all promotion activities.


Requirements:

• Male / Female
• Bachelor degree in any discipline
• 4 years of experience handling promotion activities of Telco or consumer good companies
• Hands-on with Below the Line and other promotion activities
• Local incumbent are preferred
• Should be creative, energetic, and target oriented
• Good Communication & interpersonal skill
