Scope of work:
The incumbent will be responsible to approach architect, consultant engineer, owner, etc. He/she has to do the specification selling, put in our products brand (cement, concrete and aggregates) in projects specification, as well as to get earliest projects information even before the projects started.
Requirements:
1. Education: University degree majoring in Civil Engineering and or Architect.
2. Experiences: Min 5 (five) years experiences in Building Material Sales
3. Computer Literate: MS Office, Lotus Notes, Visual Basic, Math Lab
4. Language: Good command of English, both oral & written
5. Other qualifications:
• Good interpersonal and communication skill
• Used to work with tight deadline and under pressure
• Good in analytical & problem solving skills
• Good knowledge in technical product knowledge
• Excellent in presentation and reporting skill
• Excellent in selling and persuasiveness skill
• Strong knowledge of the Cement Manufacturing process is preferably
