SENIOR IMPORT OFFICER
The candidate will be familiar with international trade, issuance of Letter of Credit, and dealing with suppliers, shipping companies, customes and transport companies.
The job involves placing orders with suppliers, arranging shipping, arranging deliveries to factory.
To ensure orders and obtain shipping documents form our suppliers, ensuring goods ship in time to meet delivery date. Dealing with our sales team to update them as to the status of order. You will report to Purchasing Manager.
Ideal Profile :
• Female, age not more than 45 years old
• Degree in business administration from a reputable university
• Have 5 experience in import department
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• A detail orientated individual with positive attitudes
• Understand Import Regulation and Custom Law
• Strong analytical, interpersonal skills and organization skills
• Able to work under pressure and on own initiative
• Spoken and written English is a must
• Preferably be able to converse in Mandarin
This position will be placed in KARAWANG OFFICE. Transportation is available from several locations in Jakarta to Karawang An attractive compensation package will be offered to the successful candidates.
