Budget Controller Specialist

Job Specification:

• Establish the budget controlling policies, systems and procedures for organization which aligned in corporation with business process, as well as coordinate and monitor the implementation, so as to achieve effectiveness and efficiency in budget controlling and monitoring.
• Assist Superior in preparing and finalizing marketing budget, and consolidate the proposed budgets into annual budget accurately for Superior’s approval timely.
• Monitor and control the budget realization effectiveness.
• Conduct comprehensive analysis on variances (actual vs budget) and discuss the related matter with the management and the related managers for immediate corrective action plans.
• Monitor and review the implementation of internal business process, comparing with the budget and analyze any deviation occurred in order to improve the existing policies and performance.
• Participate to support cash flow forecast and controlling the implementation in accordance with the corporate financial policies and systems, to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Review day to day activities to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
• Review and discuss the consistency on the implementation of systems and procedures of internal division to support the process of monitoring and controlling on budget realization, material usage and capacity utilization effectively and efficiently.
• Coordinate and monitor the preparation of marketing reports for submission to division head and the Board of Directors together with relevant comments where required.
• Build and maintain good relationships with the internal and the external parties, to support the budgeting planning, monitoring, and controlling activities smoothly.

Minimum Qualification :

• Minimum Bachelor degree, majoring in Accounting/Finance
• 3 - 5 years experience in audit, finance, or accounting field
• Strong Administration and Analytical Skill
• Good communication and presentation in English
• Able to deliver high quality of work under pressure
