Responsibilities
Reporting to the Manager, the successful candidate will be a team player in a marketing team in improving efficiency of the sales administration and formulating new sales and marketing strategies. The successful candidate shall also be involved in effectively feeding back market requirements and trends to Product Planning and manufacturing divisions, and to formulate effective advertising strategies that appeals to customers in each of the market. Hence, the job requires a person with attributes such as responsibility, sensitive to customer requirements, professional in business dealings and able to create an atmosphere of teamwork and mutual trust, both among employees and our business associates.
Requirements
• Age between 23 to 35 years.
• Must possess at least a Degree in Marketing / Business Studies / Administration / Management or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, however a minimum of 1 - 2 years related working experience is an added advantage, preferably with a manufacturing company.
• Excellent communication skills with good command of English; ability to speak Mandarin and Japanese are added advantage.
• Proficient in MS office especially Excel & PowerPoint
• Able to strategize and execute marketing plan .
• Possess strong drive, able to work independently, flexible and able to adapt to the new working environment.
• Willing to travel for overseas assignment on need basis.
