Area Sales Manager (ASM)
Requirements:
• Hold Degree in Electrical Engineering licensed
• At least 2 years relevant experience in the Sales & Marketing Field (preffered) or Manufacturing industry
• Ability to negotiate through simple and complex process
• Possess strong work ethics, integrity, professionalism
• Good interpersonal skills
• Excellent in English language profiency
• Good understanding of accounts receivables management, banking regulation
Central Control Room Supervisor (CCRS)
Requirements:
• Hold Degree in Engineering graduate of any field
• At least 3 years relevant experience in a cement or related industry
• Basic operating principles of Finish mill, Computer literate, and English language profiency
• Basic understanding of the cement manufacturing process
• Good understanding of corporate and government policies, labor and benefit regulations and business results
Electrical Instrumentation Supervisor (EIS)
Requirements:
• Hold Degree in Electrical Engineering licensed
• At least 4 years relevant experience in Electrical & Instrumentation Maintenance
• Electrical & Instrumentation Controls, Programmable Logic Controls (PLC’s), Power Plants
• Computer literate preferably with background in maintenance computerized systems, and English language profiency
• Good understanding of corporate and government policies, labor and benefit regulations and business results, Basic understanding of the cement manufacturing process
Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor (MMS)
Requirements:
• Hold Degree in Mechanical Engineering licensed
• At least 4 years of supervisory experiences in mechanical maintenance of cement manufacturing
• Corrective and preventive maintenance of equipment,Computer literate preferably with background in maintenance computerized systems, and Good interpersonal skills
• Excellent in English language profiency
• Good understanding of corporate and government policies, labor and benefit regulations and business results
• Basic understanding of the cement manufacturing process
