Responsibilities:
The incumbent will be responsible to develop and implement Sales Organization Development programs, which aimed to increase professional knowledge, ensure competency development and enhance performance excellence of Sales employees.
Requirements:
• Hold Bachelor Degree from any educational background with min. GPA 3.00
• Having experience in Sales, preferably from Fast Moving Consumer Goods company
• Experience in HR and training will be an advantage
• Willing to travel
• Willing to be relocate
