Job Title : Sales Engineer
Position : Staff

JOB SUMMARY : Perform marketing and sales activities for optical fiber cables in global market

JOB DESCRIPTION :

• Market research, analize the situation of market and competition in global and domestic area
• Search new customers and end users and establish/maintain effective relation
• Create the marketing strategies including pricing strategies and channel strategies
• Create the marketing action plan and implement it
• Sales promotion with making tools such as company profiles, catalogues, presentation materials, etc.
• Get customer inquiries and make quotations searching competitive price and follow up the result
• Review and negotiate the contracts.
• Issue production orders.
• Evaluate customer satisfaction, handle customer complaint
• Make sales forecast and make records/statistics of actual inquiries and contracts/orders
• Sales administration including agent controll.

STANDART QUALIFICATION :

• Education ( grade/ major ) : University or Colledge / Ecconomy, Commercial, Technic
• Experience : At least 2 years experience in marketing/sales sector.
• Knowledge : Global & domestic market, Products, Raw materials, Costing
• Profesional Skills : Marketing strategies
• Management Skills : Marketing management
• Interpersonal Ability : Excellent and effective relation with customers and internal persons
• Communication Ability : Excellent and fluent oral and written communication in English
• Planning Ability : Effective in making short and long term action plan
• Organizing Ability : Effective in organizing internal sources for getting competitive price
• Training : Marketing strategies, Concept of cable design
• Competent Attitude/Character : Active, aggressive and speedy
• Other Requirement : Excellent health
