TECHNICAL ADMINISTRATIVE
To assist Project Manager in the administrative matters related to the project development for building/space, such as preparing any orders to be issued, contracts to be awarded, monitor the budget and variation order, prepare monthly cost report of the project and store investments
Requirements :
• Architecture/ Civil Engineering graduated from reputable University
• At least 3 years experience as Estimator of high rise or multi used building projects
• Female from consultant or building developer
• Age - not more than 30 years old
• Fluent in English both oral and written, computer literate and highly numerate literate
• Independent but could work as a team
