Position Summary :
Business Controller is responsible for :
• Evaluating the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls in Procurement Unit.
• Establishing and updating the business process in Procurement Unit.
• Preparing internal audit report with good findings and recommendation.
• Identifying and assessing the risk to make a good recommendation.
• Establishing standards of performance, reviewing and also evaluating the performance.
• Maintaining effective working relations with executive and operating management.
Qualifications :
• Fresh Graduate, with max. 18 months experience.
• Minimum of bachelor degree with good educational background and comes from a reputable university (preferably from Economic/Management/Accounting/Industrial Engineering).
• Excellent analytical and communication skills in both Indonesia and English Language.
• Good problem solver, independent, pro-active and detail oriented individual.
