Contract Management Manager

Requirements :

• Male/Female age 25 – 35 years old
• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university majoring in finance/accounting/engineering/IT
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing Procurement Department, and
• Minimum of 1 years of experience in a Telecommunication Company, and
• Preferably has 1 years experience in contract management
• Preferably has experience in working with a multinational company
• Excellent managerial, leadership skills, and analytical skill
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proactive, hardworking, disciplined, results oriented and willing to work under pressure

Packing : Quality Assurance Inspector

Main Responsibilities

• Set up and implement the standard of quality, online standard sample, & sampling method.
• Setup and implement the quality tracking system
• Inform and report any quality defect to superior and packing operation team in proper manner.
• Give input to packing operation / vendors for any improvement needed to enhance the quality.
• Ensure all material and products are safe from any damage/loss (i.e: theft, wet, burned, etc.)
• Maintain the healthy and safe working condition and keep the good industrial relation atmosphere with the workers including 3rd parties.
• Maintain good housekeeping in the operation area. ordingly.
• Help superior to provide reporting of quality-related matters in timely basis with accurate information (i.e., quality deviation report, rate of defect, etc.)

Requirements :

• Bachelor degree in mechanical/electrical/industrial engineering or equivalent
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in quality control for packing operation in telecommunication industry
• Preferably coordinator/supervisors specializing in quality assurance for packing operation in telecommunication operators industry
• Posess managerial and leadership skills
• Ability to handle stress, work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
• Proactive, work smartly, hard worker, discipline, result oriented, able to handle stress and work under pressure to meet tight deadline.
• Team player.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
