Project Manager (PM)
Job Responsibility :
• Quickly gain knowledge of the projects that are performed.
• Be responsible for deadlines.
• Supervise and motivate employees.
• Verify status of assigned activities.
• Plan activities and assign them to employees.
Requirement :
• Minimum 3 years in IT Project Management.
• Having strong software development (coding in C/C++) knowledge and experience.
• Design and develop application and plug-ins for smart cards would be an advantage
• Familiar with software development life cycle.
• Ability to analyze project.
• Good organizational & time management skill.
• Excellent in leadership & problem solving/troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication, strong presentation and project management skills.
• Having knowledge on issuing and acquiring banking terminal is a big plus (EMV, ISO8583, smartcard).
• Possess positive work attitude, proactive, and initiative.
General Requirements :
• Minimum Degree in Electrical/Communication Engineering or Computer Science.
• Good verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills in both Indonesian and English would be an advantage.
C/C++ Developer and Smart Card Developer
Job Responsibility :
• Conduct programming and documentation so that the code is effective, reusable, and readable.
• Take ownership with respect to the quality of the work, i.e. well-tested codes, technical documentation, efficiency of the code, and on time project execution.
• Develop applications in accordance with System Development Lifecycle.
Requirement :
• Have a good skill in C/C++ is a must with minimum 2 years experience.
• Design and develop appllications and plug-ins for smart cards
• Have a good knowledge with GCC, & Linux would be an advantage.
• Have a good knowledge in embedded systems development using C/C++ would be an advantage.
• Have a good knowledge of ISO 8583 would be an advantage.
• Have a good analytical and logic thinking.
• Self-driven, able to work independently, and as team player.
• Possess positive work attitude, proactive, and initiative.
General Requirement :
