As part of our extensive expansion plan to widen the operational coverage around Indonesia, we are now looking for self driven and dynamic professional to join our team as:

Product Manager

Reporting to the Head of Product Management, you shall be primarily focusing on the acquisition activities by managing postpaid product management on an end-to-end to basis that cover creating the products, propose and also execute the related programs.

In details, you will be taking care of:

• Managing a portfolio of postpaid products
• Performing feasibility study on services that fits customer needs
• Defining product concepts and building business case
• Obtaining necessary approvals and setting up product launching plan
• Coordinating across cross-functional department to prepare product launching
• Reviewing and dealing with 3rd party proposal and proposing commercial terms with the partners
• Evaluating product performance after launching activities
• Ensuring the increment of usage services, as well as monitor and maintain the highest quality of services of a regular basis
• Keeping abreast with the latest messaging technologies and proactively providing recommendation to improve product performance


If you:

• Hold a University Degree in marketing major, preferably with MBA degree
• Has previous related experience, in products/brand management of a minimum of 5 years working experience, in telecommunication or banking industry
• Posses strong analytical skill, sound interpersonal and communication skill (including negotiation skill), high creativity and out-of-the box thinking attitude


Sales Support Manager

Reporting to the Head of Business Sales, you are going to be responsible for full function of directing and managing the back office support team to ensure that all of the relevant resources are optimally processed in order to support the department in achieving the sales targets as well as in executing sales strategy.

Your scope of works will cover:

1. Business Process Development, where you are going to establish and maintain an efficient business process and procedures and ensure an effective internal process coordination to maximize the quality, cost control and customer satisfaction.
2. Sales Administration, where you will manage Corporate Sales Administration/Back office support activities, such as preparing monthly sales report, administering Customer Database Management, and managing all Service Contract with customers.
3. Sales Support Management, where you shall liaise with all internal related departments to ensure all services requested are processed and delivered in timely manner, and also support sales management to resolve any customer service and support problems. You are also expected to maintain and ensure achievement of all performance parameters in the area and assist in recruiting and training of account executives.

To be a successful candidate:

1. You hold a University Degree with related major
2. You will have a minimum of 5 years working experience, preferably in Telecommunication/Consumer Good/Direct Selling Companies, with at least 3 years of working experience in the senior sales or marketing managerial level specializing in Sales-Corporate/Wholesale/Trading/Merchandising or other related position
3. You possess strong exposure in Business Process, Audit, or accounting procedures and have good understanding of CRM (Customer Relationship Management)
4. It is a must that you have proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Power Point, Visio) and other database and presentation software, as well as good command of English
5. Key attributes for the position is sound communication and interpersonal skill, strong organizing and problem-solving skill, as well as high assertiveness and creative level.
