To support the rapid growth expansion within our business units : HERO, GUARDIAN STARMART, GIANT HYPERMARKET and MITRA TOKO DISCOUNT with a total population of more than 10,000 employees, we are looking for a potential candidate to fill up the following position :

MERCHANDISING MANAGER

To develop and implement strategic plans for assigned categories within the frame work of a disciplined category management business process so as to achieve company’s financial goals and objectives, improve market share, customer satisfaction and productivity performance measures for the company.

Qualifications :

• Male/Female and age max 35 years old
• Preferably having a bachelor or master degree from any discipline with at least 5 – 10 years related experience.
• Have a strong negotiation skill with suppliers.
• Experience in retail industry, prefably with departmental chain stores and fast food chain stores.
• Strong knowledge of FOOD (Grocery) and FRESH PRODUCT
• Familiar with computer literate
• English proficiency both oral and written is a must.

SENIOR BUYER PROCUREMENT

To responsible for renegotiating, closing and purchasing of all fit out equipment and replacement of Repair and Maintenance ( R and M) components together with the Project and recording of supply schedules and to provide control overtime, cost and quality to ensure the most effective result s and also to improve the productivity of assets by utilizing the idle assets.

Qualifications :

• Male, max 35 years old
• Preferably having a bachelor or master degree from Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering with at least 5 years related experience.
• Have a strong negotiation skill with suppliers
• Ability to handle a team of technicians/contractors, plan, execute and monitor all maintenance related matters.
• Experience in retail industry, and strong knowledge in refrigeration system for supermarket / hypermarket is prefered.
• Familiar with computer literate (autocad, microsoft office, project)
• English proficiency both oral and written is a must.
