Technical Sales Assistant

Requirements:

• Hold S1/D3 from Chemical background with min GPA 2.5
• Maximum age 25 years old
• Having experience min 1 year in the same field
• Able to work under pressure and in a team player
• Able to speak in English

Secretary

Responsibilities:

• Secretarial support to the departmental managers
• Managing the departmental managers' calendar
• In charge of meetings & travel arrangements
• Maintain the filing system
• Prepare presentation materials & daily reports
• Providing administrative support & activities coordination

Requirements:

• Female
• Age between 25-30 years old
• Hold min D3/S1 major in Secretarial
• Having 3 years experience of secretarial and administrative works
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• A fast-learner, honest, well organized, self motivated & initiative
• Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet)
• Has a strong commitment and energetic, independent and mature
• Immediate availability
