Production Planning & Inventory Control (PPIC) Officer

Qualifications:

• Age maximum 35 years old
• Bachelor (S1) degree from Industrial Engineering or Management
• Having minimum 2 years experience in PPIC or Material Planning SAP Experience is a plus
• Preferably having knowledge and experience in handling PPIC process logistic department
• Computer literate
• English literate
• Good communication and interpersonal skill
• Ability to work independently
• High motivation and good leadership skill

Job Summary:

• Set up master production schedule in household plant based on weekly ordering process & ensure production arrangement meet with customer order in term of quantity & time shipment
• Conduct weekly operation review with production & up date progress achievement
• Synchronize materials schedule according to daily production arrangement
• Champion on production sequence with major supplier for household production
• Inventory control for material availability for smooth operations
• Continuous improvement-LEAN implementation in planning process
