Job Title : TRAINING OPERATIONS TEAM LEADER (HOLCIM ACADEMY) - CILACAP

Location : Narogong (Kab.Bogor) / Cilacap
Scope of work:
The incumbent will be responsible to develop, deliver, and manage trainings of technical development to enhance the match level between success profiles of jobs and personnel’s competencies within Narogong/Cilacap plant function.
The person will also have to develop and maintain a network of infield facilitators/trainers (MWFT) to deliver the training programs, consistently and continuously improving the functionality of the teams to help reach for the company’s objectives.
Requirements:
1. Education : Tertiary education in applied science or engineering.
2. Experiences :3 years experience in core functions of the plant operation, preferably have sound experience on delivering on the job trainings and people development.
3. Computer Literate : MS Office and Procem Simulator.
4. Language : Good command of English, both oral & written.
5. Other qualifications :
Sound knowledge of cement manufacturing process.
• Excellent presentation skill.
• Effective communicator and educator.
• Analytical, tactical and adaptive.
• Team work focus.
