Key Account Manager – Medan Based
FULL JOB DESCRIPTION:

You should thrive in coaching other people to their success, i.e. you always put other people’s needs and desires as priority instead of yours. In order to become an interview candidate it is key that you have a proven track record of successfully leading people with clear results.
Scope of Works:
Field Work
• Organize / execute company events
• Support customer activities
• Facilitate network meetings
Service Center
• Overall responsibility for service levels and creating a vibrant sales center
Service Points
• Visit Top performers outside of branch cities
• Train/Support/coach
Sales Goal
• Set own goal and develop goals for sales leaders
Business Planning
• Business analysis
• Identifying sales leaders
• Target communication
• Recognition
• Activity planning
Requirements:
• 3 – 5 years Experience not required, but preferable sales experience from fast moving environment
• Good English skills
• Excellent Analytical / Planning skills
• Excellent Coaching skills
• Excellent Creative skills
• Positive personality, excellent interpersonal skills and have the ability to build strong relationships quickly and easily.
