Telco Rating & Mediation Manager
(Jakarta Raya - Jakarta)

Responsibilities:
The Rating & Mediation Manager spearheads the development and management of applications for rating and mediation platform.

Main Responsibilities :

• Functional and administrative management of the respective unit
• Ensure effective and efficient delivery of IT services covering system application development and management for core business and management support units.
• Collaborate constantly with business management units of various organizations to identify and address system requirements
• Perform project management functions for the development and implementation of applications systems
• Provide technical analysis and solution for new products and services
• Configure and test designated products and services in IN
• Provide 2nd level support for all rating & mediation related problem and liaise with vendor for issue resolution
• Analyze system design to achieve better efficiency and effectiveness
• Prepares relevant IT reports

Requirements:

• Age 28 - 35 years old
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent from a reputable university.
• Solid knowledge in PL/SQL and Oracle
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Telecommunication industry
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar capacity
