The businesses are in the expansion stage and the immediate role of the Financial Controller is to develop and implement the finance systems, controls, processes and supporting functions. The principal role is to provide leadership, perform and supervise the financial management of the Indonesian operations.
FINANCIAL CONTROLLER - JAKARTA BASED
The Financial Controller reports to the Head of Finance in Singapore.
Qualifications:
* Finance professional with 5-7 years working experience
* Accounting / Business Degree from a recognized tertiary institution
Role:
* Head the finance department with an experiences 2 to 3 junior staff
* Pro-active in identifying issues, recommending solutions and carrying out improvements to systems, procedures, processes and controls
* Performs financial reporting and support management decision-making
Requirements:
* Able to handle full sets of accounts
* Consolidation skills required
* Familiar with local tax laws and regulatory requirements
* Comprehensive computer skills
* Experience in implementing new accounting system is an advantage
* Proficient in preparing budgets and cash flow statements
* Carry out cost analysis and cost monitoring
* Able to manage financial and tax audits
* Strict compliance and observance towards internal controls
* Required to travel within Indonesia
