Qualifications :
• University graduate from reputable university
• Minimum 2 (two) years experience in IT & Operation area
• Strong Communication Skills
• Fast learner & Assertive
• High proficiency in English
• Computer literacy
• Possessed High Integrity Value
• Able to work under pressure
Responsibilities :
• Review and maintain user access for all system and applications in Operation unit based on security matrix
• Review and maintain Operation Policy Procedure access thru web-based method
• Support ad-hoc job for Operation Center of Excellence project
• Identify system development request within Operation Department prior to project submission to IT
• Support Operation Project Integration within Operation Area
• Support Operation User and work closely with IT Dept for system development
• Conduct socialization/Training for Operation User regarding the implementation of new project
