Technical Support Engineer
(Jakarta Raya - Jakarta)
Responsibilities:
• To provide technical assistance to customers and resolve their areas of concern
• To assist in project implementation
• To repair service and install IT equipments at site
Requirements:
• Min Diploma in Computer, Engineering or equivalent
• Age between 24-35 years old
• At least 2 years of Technical Support experience in IT Industry
• Good understanding of troubleshooting skill of computer hardware
• Initiative and creativity and be able to work under pressure
• Good command of spoken and written in English and Indonesia
• Live in Jakarta Pusat or Jakarta Barat
